Customers may communicate directly with our artists through the system messaging service, requesting adjustments or further refinement to specific details. This may include a familiar expression, the curve of a smile, a preferred hairstyle, facial characteristics, or the unique presence remembered most clearly by family and loved ones. Often, these personal details are what make a portrait feel truly meaningful and authentic.

Our artists will respond with patience and great care, refining and improving the piece based on the feedback provided until the customer is fully satisfied.
