1. Overview
Remorin specialises in the creation of memorial portrait pieces based on photographic imagery.
By using our services, you agree to the terms set out in this document.
2. Nature of Service
Remorin provides bespoke memorial products.
Each piece is created individually based on imagery supplied by the client and refined through a combination of digital reconstruction and manual sculpting.
Due to the bespoke nature of the work, each piece is unique and cannot be replicated as a standardised product.
3. Orders and Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received.
During the process, you will be provided with a digital model for review and approval.
Once the model has been approved and production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or amended.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing all details at the approval stage, including:
- Facial features
- Pose and overall proportions
- Surface and structural details
The approved model will form the basis of the final production.
4. Image and Data Requirements
The quality of the final piece is closely dependent on the imagery provided.
For optimal results, we recommend:
- Clear, front-facing or near front-facing photographs
- Natural lighting conditions
- Minimal obstructions
Where image quality is limited, this may affect the level of detail in the final result.
5. Likeness and Artistic Interpretation
Remorin pieces are artistic representations based on real individuals.
Whilst we make every effort to capture overall likeness and character,
we do not guarantee exact replication of the original image.
Variations may arise due to:
- Lighting and angle of the original photograph
- Image quality
- Limitations inherent in three-dimensional reconstruction and materials
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the final piece represents
an interpretation of memory rather than an exact duplicate.
6. Production and Delivery Time
Production timelines commence once the model has been approved.
Due to the complexity of the process, timelines may vary depending on the nature of the order.
We will endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.
7. Returns and Refunds
Remorin products are bespoke memorial items.
As such, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item is damaged or faulty.
If the item is damaged in transit,
please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide relevant evidence (such as photographs).
We may not be able to accept claims reported after this period.
8. Data Usage and Privacy
All imagery and data provided are used solely for:
- Portrait modelling
- Production
- Order fulfilment
We will not use your images for display, marketing, or any other purpose without your explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Remorin shall not be held liable for:
- Variations in outcome due to the quality of images provided
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (including shipping or external services)
- Differences in subjective perception of likeness or aesthetic outcome

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
Any updates will be published on our website and will take effect immediately.
